PRACTICE PROCEDURES IN LIGHT OF CORONAVIRUS
Due to the outbreak of Coronavirus that we are now experiencing in the country we have been instructed to take the following action listed below in safe guarding our patients and staff.
We would ask for your patience and co-operation in this difficult time.
Please do not come to the practice to collect your prescriptions or Insurance lines. Please contact the practice if you have a prescription to collect and inform them which chemist you would like to use. Your medication will be available to collect direct from the chemist 48 hours from ordering.
Insurance lines will be arranged by telephone.
If you feel you need seen by a GP or nurse please contact the surgery by telephone only and our Admin Staff will direct you.

Booking appointments
To rebook appointments patients can either call the rebooking line on 01698 687456 (Monday to Thursday, 9am to 5pm and Friday 9am to 4.15pm) or email FluRebookingAppointments@lanarkshire.scot.nhs.uk. Patients need to include the following when they email:
- Contact telephone number (preferably a mobile number – so we can send appointment details)
- CHI number (on appointment letter)
- Date of birth
- First name and surname
- Date and venue of original appointment
- Times when they are unable to attend
